  1. Preheat oven to 350 F/176.7 C.Place cauliflower and broccoli florets along with red and yellow pepper and onion on baking sheet lined with baking paper. Ps.For the florets preparation,remove the leaves and most of their core.Detach the florets where they join at the center.Cut through the florets at the base to make them smaller.
  2. Bake for 15 mins ,until soft.Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a skillet pan.Add the bacon and cook for about 2 mins.Add the beef and brown it.Add the garlic, chili flakes and season to taste.
  3. Mix well with baked veggies.
  4. In a small bowl beat the eggs with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp ground black pepper.Add meat mixture to a 4*8-inch casserole dish or two oven-safe gratin dishes.Add the eggs and mix well.Place in oven
  5. Bake for 30 mins or until eggs are set in the middle.Let it sit for about 5 mins before serving.
