Instructions
  1. In a pot or sufuria, add the onion, garlic some salt to your warming oil. Sautee these until golden brown in color
  2. Add the tomato paste and the freshly grounded whole pilau masala and let it simmer until completely combined.
  3. Allow this to cook until the water is almost 3/4 evaporated, then add the peas.
  4. After its ready and well cooked, serve with some kachumbari.
  5. Add the mushrooms, mix them in and after about 2 mins, add the water and your rice
